General Pest Maintenance
$75 Initial Service
$65 monthly or $109 quarterly.
Our residential general pest maintenance programs covers ants, centipedes, crickets, cockroaches, earwigs, fleas, millipedes, pill bugs, scorpions, slugs, snails, sow bugs, spiders and paper-wasps at the interior of your home up to 4,000 square feet upon request and at the exterior of your home within 50’ of the foundation.
Rodent exclusion and trapping
Starting at $600- Bid by inspection only.
We will inspect and seal all of the possible areas that rodents may use to enter your home or attic. We set and check traps until there is no activity twice in a row to ensure that we have successfully excluded rodents from your home.
After excluding rodents from your home, we recommend a monthly bait station service or monthly rodent repellent application.
Termite Remediation
Starting at $250- Bid by inspection only.
We will inspect your home and create a report with recommendations for treatment or repair along with photos showing any wood destroying organisms that we find.
We offer wood repairs, local drywood termite treatments, termite fumigations, subterranean termite treatments, termite bait station services and more.
bird services
Starting at $175- Bid by inspection only.
We offer multiple bird services starting with treating for possible bird mites and screening areas on your roof that pigeons can use for nesting.
We offer a bird wire that creates an unstable landing surface, bird spike that repels pigeons when they try to land on your rooftop or bird slope to place over window sills.
We can seal the edges of your solar panels using a PVC covered hardware cloth and clips that don’t cause damage to your panels. We include vacuuming and pressure washing to clean up the bird droppings on your roof.
We also offer bird netting to keep swallows from nesting in your eaves and more.
bee services
Bid by inspection only.
Treatment starting at $175
Live removal Starting at $450
We love the bees and our first recommendation is always live bee removal. We partner with my brother who is a local bee keeper and will take care of the bees after they are removed from your home.
We can remove bees from your wall, roofing, water meter boxes, patio furniture, bushes, trees and more.
We also offer treatment when live removal is not feasible or practical.
Fly and Mosquito services
Starting at $75
We offer multiple treatments for mosquitos and flies including liquid treatments at target areas and harborage points in your bushes, mulch and grass.
As a part of our liquid treatment we apply a granular bait to the soil around your bushes, in your mulch and grass that kills adult flies or mosquitos and interrupts their breeding cycle to reduce their population. This service can be done as a one time or on a monthly basis.
We also offer a monthly services for mosquito or fly stations that attract adult mosquitos or flies. Once inside, they contact a bait which targets both larvae and adults.

My name is Mark and my wife’s name is Emily. Right now it’s just the two of us at 1 Bro Pest Control but we are fortunate to have family and friends in pest control and beekeeping. Our family and friends are the best and we couldn’t do this without them. Our kids are just as excited to start our family owned and operated company and already want to take over. This has been a dream of ours for years and has taken some time to learn all of the skills and to earn the licensing necessary to take this step. We’re grateful for all of the experiences that have led us to this point in our lives and can’t wait to meet you and help solve your pest control troubles.
